Accountable for the Release Management lifecycle, to include scheduling, coordinating, and management of releases enterprise-wise for multiple applications.Experience & Qualifications:Hands on as Release manager in an agile environment with multiple development environments within a single release train. Must be able to management multiple release trains/channels, including promotion through lower environments and for production/pre-prod/performance environments in an AWS cloud environment using DevOps/CICDExperience with building and implementing release management practice from scratch including processes, procedures, documentation as well as onboard team members.Be able to identify the major components of Release Manage and what they entailEffectively guide defect management and change management within the release management structure.Coordinate and manage offshore team directlyHighly organized, articulate, resilient to people pulling and pushing, good soft skills to get very busy people to do what needs to be done.Create integrated processes with existing Data Center Production Support personnel and other Delivery Partners.Experience with the automation pipeline (CICD), application release automation tools, Jenkins, Git, as well as automation overall.Must have experience with version control and branching strategies of APIs, microservices, Database, and test data within a single release branch as well as across parallel branches doing different streams of work that must convergeDesign and create Reporting Metrics and SLA's around the release management functions.Key Skills: Release Management, Change Management, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, QA, Devops,
