We need a Business Analyst who has knowledge on Salesforce Marketing cloud.

Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze requirements and leverage the solutions to Salesforce functionality.

Be part of agile scrum team and participate in planning documentation execution testing rolling out the project Conduct workshops with business and stakeholders demonstrating the design and appropriate solutions.

Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to business.

Analyze the requirements and represent the solutions with diagrams tools and documentation to stakeholders and business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate professionally with team managers
