DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST - SALESFORCE Downtown Dallas, TX - Remote ICS is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Specialist with Salesforce. This position will start remotely. Skills/Experience You’ll Need: Minimum one-year experience in Salesforce, preferably in Lightning version. Thorough and accurate Salesforce data entry skills, with great attention to detail. Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. What You’ll Do: Contact and Account data entry in Salesforce Clean up and merge duplicate Contact and Account records Verify data associated with each Account and Contact via Google search Import data using Salesforce Data Wizard Use Excel to prepare data for import; utilize VLOOKUp and Concatenation Convert Leads in Salesforce Create Salesforce Reports as needed Notify System Admin of data entry problems by Salesforce users Document Salesforce processes as assigned
