Technical Delivery Manager (Digital Solutions)

Direct Hire Position

St. Paul, MN (Remote to Start)

Position Overview:

Lead and manage complex digital products focusing on timely/on schedule delivery, stakeholder communication, dependency identification and overall program management.

Managing risks, issues, change, and dependencies and taking corrective measurements.

Ensure solution design is aligned with organizational/strategic direction.

Create strong relationships with technology and business teams managing and setting expectations and serve as a liaison between the business and IT as implementation gets underway

Coordinate and manage effectively internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Monitor key milestones, budgets, and activities for executive level reporting.

Course correct and adjust the direction of the program as needed.

Work with the communications team to craft critical communications.

Position Requirements:

10+ years if professional IT experience

7+ years of experience in project/program management, including delivery of digital products.

5+ years in Agile projects, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

Experience developing Digital products and new technologies.

Experience leading global program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts

Ability to work effectively across multiple business and non-collocated teams

Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications

Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through.

Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results

Able to be a creative thinker and devise creative solutions to complicated problems

Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction, creating user stories and requirements for software development

Ability to comprehend and explain technical concepts to a sometimes non-technical audience
