Minneapolis, MN
3 month contract-to-hire
Remote, but will need to go into office periodically.
Our client is looking for a sharp, motivated, self-starting and credible IT Service Desk Rep to join their team!
Looking for someone looking to grow within an organization by getting their foot in the door!
This is a respected and reputable organization looking for a personable, outgoing and passionate resource!
• Help Desk team = 2
• Total internal employees to support = 200
• Ticketing tool used: ManageEngine Service Desk Plus
• Looking for L1/L2 experience: Imaging, troubleshooting O365, VPN, Wifi, etc.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong documentation skills.
• Windows Server 2012-2019, Office 365, Exchange Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, LAN and WAN Networking, Hyper-V and/or VSphere/ESXi, Network Printers and Deployment, General Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
