Experience: 12 years

Excellent understanding of Java fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.

Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology

Expertise in Spring and Hibernate/web based technologies

Good in RDBMS concepts

Excellent understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture

Good communication skills

Skills required in detailed:

Should be able to write hands-on codes in Java backend

Proficient in REST / webservices

Excellent understanding of memory management and writing optimized query

Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology

Key areas:

You will be working closely with the client teams present across different continents

Act as an onsite technology lead

Work closely with the offshore team and guide them on project related queries

Assist and assign the team on project priorities

Collaborate with the offshore team on daily meetings
