ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Santa Ana, CA What You'll Do: Provides routine administrative support for a department or administrative unit. Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments. Compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports for action by superior. The work requires an understanding of the title and escrow process(client will teach that). Worker will be reviewing current closing documents that are ink signed today and provide analysis on what is required to transform them into digital documents. Must be able to anticipate the best format and provide suggestions. (client will teach that). Required to document the details of the requirements for future use. Skills/Experience You'll Need: 1-2 years clerical / admin experience preferred Microsoft Office proficient, emphasis on Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized Able to follow instructions and work independently Knowledge of recording process and title industry a plus, but not required
