CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE IRVING, TX This position is for inbound and outbound calls to set notary appointments to sign mortgage documents. Skills/Experience You'll Need: 1+ years of prior call center experience Ability to verbally communicate with the borrower and possess superior grammar skills Ability to simultaneously enter data at the same time they are speaking with the borrower Ability to manage high volume of calls Time management skills will be required to ensure that calls are answered within SLA. Bi-lingual is not required but is a preferred attribute.
