Responsibilities Overseeing financial reporting and certain corporate finance functions Ensuring accurate and timely consolidated entity level monthly, quarterly, and yearend reporting Managing certain daily corporate accounting functions both domestically and internationally. Oversight of international subsidiary financial reporting Establishing, maintaining and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles Coordinating property fair value analysis Managing internal audit function and coordinating annual audit procedures Coordinating U.S. tax return preparation and K-1 origination procedures Qualifications BA/BS in Accounting or related field. CPA is highly preferred. At least 8 years of experience with accounting/financial reporting and compliance. Need to have some experience out of public accounting and GAAP accounting background. Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
