Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator
3-4 month Contract, with potential for extension
Remote
The Recruiting Coordinator must be energetic, personable, extremely organized, and have the ability to keep calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone and video interviews, coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, assisting with offer letters, etc.
· Organize the recruiting calendar and applicant tracking systems and ensure they are up to date
· Measure conversion rates, including the number of applicants that applied, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
· Support our referral program and social recruitment marketing initiatives
· Lend creativity, tenacity and new ideas to the team to help attract and retain world-class talent
· Coordinate the company's attendance at recruiting conferences, job fairs and other events
o Responsible for maintaining collateral material in print and electronic versions.
o Tracking our attendance at career fairs, events and other networking opportunities
· Assist in onboarding activities for new hires
· Other administrative duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study strongly preferred
· 6 months - 2 years of coordination of experience required
· 6 months - 2 years of experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
· Rigorous attention to detail
· Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews or meetings
· Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to request appropriate assistance when necessary.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to stay calm under high-pressure situations
· Desire to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
· Willingness to get involved with all aspects of recruiting
· Ability to handle a high volume of confidential information with discretion and tact
