Our direct and long-term client is looking to add a Business Analyst with recent / relevant experience in:

Process Mapping and process re-engineering

Ideally using IBM Blueworks

Specialty Insurance & Property & Casualty underwriting

Billing systems exposure

Job Description: Manage essential process documentation and project implementation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with business partners to gather business requirements, provide expertise and guidance and help execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results and support organizational growth.

This is an established, multi-year, enterprise-level transformation project with several business analysts already engaged.

The future state will employ a platform-as-a-service solution (PAAS).

Strong Business Analysis experience

Process Mapping activities may be required

Proven ability to elicit requirements from senior level stakeholders both internal and external

Strong influencing and leadership skills

Ability to work independently for results

Strong command of written and spoken English

Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)

Advanced Excel skills

Process mapping and process re-engineering capabilities

Ideally using IBM Blueworks

Experience with P&C and Specialty Insurance is required for this position

Understanding of billing system functionality is a strong plus

Experience working with partners having delegated authorities is a strong plus (e.g. MGAs/TPAs)

Experience working with data and data modeling is a plus
