Job Description

As a Senior Citrix Engineer you will be responsible for the architecture and development of Citrix technologies ( Citrix XenApp, Netscaler, Storefront, WEM, Session Recording, etc.).

You will be responsible for understanding business and technical requirements to develop design specifications using our enterprise standard Citrix environment to support an array of enterprise and client applications.

You will take leadership roles on complex projects independently or as part of a larger project team.

Provide technical assistance to clients and business units in a professional and accommodating manner and provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff.

Provide comprehensive on-call support for assigned operating system(s) and software products in event of production malfunctions and maintain expert level familiarity with all Citrix components and their best practices and security controls.

Experience:

Advanced level designing and configuration knowledge on NetScaler like creating and load balancing resources, configuring nfactor policies with MFA, SAML and LDAP and integrating session policies in a complex active directory domain.

Advanced level designing and configuration knowledge on storefront like designing a geo load balanced solution across multiple datacentersctive directory environments Citrix farms including site aggregation and optimal gateway awareness.

Expert level designing and configuring modern image deployments using provisioning capabilities like MCS, containerization technology like FsLogix, application layering like AppLayer and policy and user experience management tools like WEM.

Strong DNS knowledge

Experience with automation using C# .NET. Developing or working with restful APIs and modern frameworks such as Blazor or Angular

Experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer designing, installing, and maintaining Citrix
Xenapp, Citrix Director, Citrix WEM, Citrix Session Recording, FSLogix, and Citrix UPM

Experience working within an enterprise level Active Directory with complex domain structures.

Experience creating and maintaining complex Microsoft Group Policy implementations

Experience installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex applications and websites

Proficiency with SQL as related to Citrix
