TECHNICAL WRITER - 100% REMOTE ICS is looking for a Technical Writer, preferably with Risk Management experience, to support a critical project for one of our B2B2C SaaS Platform clients! WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 5+ years of technical writing experience OR degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred Experience with Aravo or other 3rd Party Risk Management software Ability to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the risk screening process. Strong interviewing and communications skills. Ability to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for use by incumbent and new employees. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and guides. Experience creating tutorials to help end users learn 3rd Party Risk Management tool. Ability to deliver high quality documentation with a high attention to detail. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and graphics Excellent written skills in English. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
