Job Description

Essential Function:

Work hands on with potential and existing Digital Cloak customers, in both pre and post-sales capacities, to elicit their requirements and design innovative solutions

Hands on, and can design/develop/deploy Proof of concept solutions

Node.js / Go experience, cloud deployment, Containers and serverless.

Experience on NoSQL (mongo, dynomodb etc.)

Kafka, Elasticsearch knowledge is a plus

Assist with business development efforts, presenting designed solutions and authoring the technical section of proposal responses as required

Assist with overall marketing efforts of Digital Cloak s Identity and Access Management offerings to include authoring of white papers, participation in panel discussions, attendance at trade shows, etc.

Mentor and train customers on the service

Act as a liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive product development

Utilize knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards

May provide mentoring, guidance, and expertise to less experienced team members

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to work independently and multi-functionally supporting the development of client work you're doing

General knowledge of cloud architectures as well as complex enterprise on-premise IT landscapes

Knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards

Ability to Multi-task and manage multiple customer engagements is a requirement

Able and willing to be a hands-on contributor

Superb communication skills, both written and verbal

Communication Skill Requirements:

Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Delivers informative, well-organized presentations

Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information thoughtfully
