Should be a hands-on specialist with strong Interaction design, usability improvement skills on Web, Mobile and BI applications

Overall experience of 8-10 years or above, experience in Usability design & development or integration

Lead the development of personas, user flows and scenarios, goal/task analyses, and other key tools of user-centered design

Contribute to product vision and strategic decisions in collaboration with product management team members

Work closely with product owners and engineers to ensure a user-focused approach from concept through launch

Collaborate with customers, product managers, other stakeholders to proactively gather and understand customer, partner, and stakeholder needs in order to create best user experience / interfaces possible

Usability study, improvement of prototypes/mockups for web applications/mobile apps/new web standards

Ability to understand minimal requirements and quickly propose a use-case flow using wireframes, mockups

Excellent knowledge of design tools for designing high fidelity mockups, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong HTML, CSS, JS / jQuery knowledge & experience is preferred

Applied experience of UI/UX design & development principles

Experience in solving cross-browser, cross-platform, cross- mobile UI issues

Conduct industry research and stay current on best practices, competitor user interface designs, and emerging technologies
