Job Requirements:

Hands on understanding of one or more domains and can appreciate customers scenario

Domain specialization – Revenue Insurance Management, Insurance, Infrastructure Management

Knowledge of emerging technologies, various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications

Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc., Understands the Delivery cycle well

Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services


Past experience should include managing FTEs in 300 to 600 in onsite/offshore model

Have managed accounts in tune of $200 M

Depth in 1 or 2 related technologies.

Large Project management / Program management.

US onsite experience in a client facing role.

Building and handling teams in multiple Geos.

Solutioning experience of managed services.

Experience in hiring senior technical resources such as architects, DM and PM.

In-depth understanding of the SDLC

Technology knowledge: Applications, Digital, Data Centre, Cloud and End User Computing – Delivery Management
Professional, IT operations.


In-depth Experience in Delivery Management, ITSM, ISMS, PMP.

Experience in domain/industry Two or more in any (Healthcare, Revenue management, Insurance)

Delivery management- from on-site location

Exposure to sales, Pre-Sales, Blogging and customer relationship management.
