Job Summary:

Technical hands on expertise in below technologies/areas:

Firewalls (Checkpoint and PaloAlto) , VPN Gateways (Cisco ASA)

Other Cisco products ( ISE, ACS, Proxies)

Must have worked in the Managed Security services(MSS) or Security Operations Center (SOC)

Good To Have:

Endpoint security Skills (Symantec 12/14, Carbon Black-Bit9, Checkpoint Endpoint Encryption)

Scripting and Automation Experience

Management Skills:

Month on month SLA management

Attend and address Client escalation coming in through email/other methods

Experience in handling major/critical incidents and collaborate with other teams during troubleshooting

Responsible for review and approval of Perimeter related changes

Create and update SOP, SMTD and implement SIPs
