Description:Responsible for assisting the investigation of component, manufacturing, and field return issues through prompt, aggressive root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. Primary Responsibilities:Perform analyses and apply problem solving techniques in order to identify failures at the component/part levelMeticulously record steps taken in the investigation and enter into our investigation tracking systemPair Electrical Engineering skills with process/workflow optimization techniques to create improved root cause determinationsWrite down and establish standards of work and work instructionsDevelop test fixtures to improve measurement fidelity and throughputDetect patterns or increases in failures for early notificationDocument systemic failures with clear specific details for actionable engineering evaluation and documentationQualifications:Degree in Engineering or related discipline - Level of experience - 5-7 yearsKey Skills: Electrical Engineer, Root cause analysis, Failure Analysis
