This Lead Unqork SME role will focus on developing new functionalities and supporting existing applications, partnering very closely with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and timely solutions.

The SW Engineer/Architect will know or learn the Financial Services/Capital Markets and will know Business Process management /low code domain

The right candidate will have good technical leadership, engagement, and communication skills.

Required Expertise:

Experience Architecting & Designing End to End Solutions using Platforms like Unqork or other low/code platform

Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting and advanced knowledge of Java

Translate business process software requirement specifications into process model prototypes and solutions. Identify,
propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions considering people, process and system impacts.

At least 5+ full lifecycle development and implementation of Apps

Experience working with Cloud

Develop and use library of reusable components that can be demonstrated across processes and workflows.

Interact with team for technical design discussions and issues resolution.

Hands on experience with analysis, designing, and developing solutions on BPM technologies

Hands-on experience on a BPM platform

Play pivotal role in developing solutions to solve sophisticated business problems

Lead automation of functional and performance testing

Enable automation of functions using BPM and RPA tools

Experience with CI/CD pipeline a plus

Experience with Agile Methodology

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
