Particular emphasis is put upon the ability to produce well written technical documentationCandidates should have at least 3 or more years of experience supporting Desktops/EUC technical break fix issues.It is highly desirable that candidates have taken and passed their Microsoft Windows 7/10 OS Certification, Windows 2012/16 Server OS certification would be desirable.Technical Requirement:Responsible for handling daily technical support activities related to desktops/laptopsVery good understanding of desktop/laptop hardware and BIOS.Troubleshooting and installation of desktop/laptop OS – Windows 7 & 10Interacting with staff on desktop related problems and providing their resolutions.Basic knowledge of ticketing tool to assign, update and close calls in toolBasic Understanding of LAN network and troubleshooting.Basic Knowledge of AD Server, DNS Server, DHCP Server, Proxy Server.Very proficient in Microsoft Office latest versions and other component like VISIOVery good in connecting accessories, various sort of cables, mobile syncing issues, Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting, user profile issuesBasic Microsoft Office 365/Exchange knowledge for mailbox troubleshooting issues.Working with SCCM team for client OS upgrades and liaison with Server team to carry out deskside day to day tasksBackups and RestoresAnti Virus software issues and working with OEM/SEM's to troubleshoot those.Act as Hands and Feet support for server side outages.Key Skills: Windows, Desktop Support, Active Directory, SCCM
