Job Description

Senior Programmer Analyst - ERP


This Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the ERP and related systems including full system planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance of computer applications and databases.

Initiates, monitors and controls the delivery of projects of varying sizes. Plans, organizes, manages, fulfills and closes projects.

May assist in day-to-day production issues, act as escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex client issues and manage client expectations.

Job Functions

· Provide support and enhancement to Infinium ERP System including Financials, Inventory, MRP and MPS.

· Provide support for Fulfillment by Amazon and Online Storefront.

· Use Showcase BI tool to create and maintain reports.

· Use life cycle or agile skills to design, program and implement systems.

· Responsible for ongoing monitoring and validation of completeness and accuracy of customer required data, working with each business unit to maintain and ensure data integrity.

· Performs complex analysis of database information and logs to investigate and correct problems that have affected the normal flow of business.

· Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.

· Assist users to solve production problems

Experience & Skills Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.

· 5+ years related business experience in areas such as ERP Financials, inventory, manufacturing, fulfillment, MRP, and MPS.

· Previous experience working in dynamic cross functional team environment.

· True Commerce EDI

· SQL experience.

· 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Office.

· 5+ years' RPG ILE and Free Format RPG on the IBM System I-Series or (AS400) is required.

· Infinium ERP is desirable.

· The ability to understand and gain expertise in multiple processing systems.

· Knowledge of SDLC and/or Agile lifecycle methodologies.

· PMP Certification is desirable.

· Proven self-starter and strong communicator; able to work independently and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems.
