Job Description

Candidate must be Citrix certified

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area.

This position may require travel in the US

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

10+ years of relevant experience with Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop, Applayerig) administration

Candidate must have engineering level experience and expert in Citrix administration

Experience in Deployment, management, and support Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix clients, StoreFront, Netscaler,
Provisioning Services, Citrix Profile Management, Citrix Access Gateway, MS RDS licenses, and monitoring tools in an enterprise wide global environment, on premise or on cloud.

Manages, maintains, supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes any Citrix solution presently in place while making suggestion and improvement.

Defines product/solution strategy and roadmap.

Works closely with service delivery and operations to ensure quality, standards and goals are met.

Upgrade, Patch and migrate Citrix components as required.

Citrix Receiver/Workspace endpoint troubleshooting and management.

Continually monitor the health of the systems infrastructure, respond quickly to problems, and proactively troubleshoot irregularities before they become service-impacting issues (including performance tuning).

Experience in providing automated solutions using Power Shell scripting

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment

Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Windows and Active Directory would be preferred

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Planning and Co-ordination skills
