Job Description

Minimum 8 years of experience in wireless telecom domain and mobile application testing

Experience in Managing test lab with multiple simulators
Experience in client interactions, test result updates, and defect filing.
Knowledge of wireless device testing in laboratory environment, debug device level issues as well as test system related issues, verify test results, assist and train other team engineers and communicate test results with customers.
Experience in Managing team size of 20 Engineers
Perform Execution of test cases in accordance with standards and specifications.
Perform validation of test scripts for test equipment manufacturers in accordance with the appropriate customer requirements.
Work in shift is required, morning, evening and night shift. Also, weekend work can be required based on load in lab.

Skills and Qualifications
Required

Knowledge on North American carrier requirements
Knowledge of 3G, LTE, VoLTe and 5G architecture.
Knowledge of application architecture Android and iOS, device log analysis to debug issue.
Knowledge of QXDM, device logs, PCAP and system log analysis to debug the issues
Enthusiastic, knowledge-hungry and eager to face and overcome challenges
Should have Strong knowledge of smart phones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to Gather project testing requirement
Ability to capture and interpret protocol level messages from device logs, as well logs from the network side.
Use of test and measuring equipment Call Boxes, Network emulators, etc. and Test Procedures.
Knowledge of common mobile OS.
Technology enthusiast with awareness of mobile communication trends and players
Understanding of product development cycle for mobile devices
Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in handset behavior.
