At least 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Should have Program Delivery mindset
Technical Service Delivery Project and Program Management Client Relationship Management Touch points with the customer and internal stakeholders
Role :

First level contact for customer as a channel of communication & coordination
Owns the overall program delivery
Works with MI project management team for additional information/clarifications, dependencies
Closely collaborates with offshore Scrum Master role for the API Program
