Must skills: BA, Scrum, WFM (Workforce Management tools): Calabrio or Teleopti

8-10 years of IT experience.

At least 2-3 years in Travel industry

Experience on Workforce Management is MUST

Must experience: resource has experience with WFM tool either Calabrio or Teleopti

Determine the requirements of a project/program, translate and communicate those requirements clearly to stakeholders in order to implement solutions that align to business needs.

Create and maintain epics and back logs

Eliciting requirements, organizing/grouping requirements into functional categories, translating and simplifying requirements, and documenting findings in a Requirements Document.

Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts

Review Functional test cases, Develop and manage user acceptance criteria

Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, assist in establishing end user training and other technical reports

Interact with users, customer, other portfolios, and vendors; maintaining communication for full life cycle of project.

Fulfill BA work assigned, and provide feedback to resource managers and/or program/project managers.
