Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and organize all estimate/job folders
Maintain agreements, hard and electronic files, and renewals for all customers
Create and generate all estimates and quotes for customers after service calls; enter in and follow up on all estimates, new maintenance contracts, and renewal maintenance contracts into company database
Ensure all proposals and contracts are sent to customers in a timely fashion
Make follow up calls to customers to ensure receipt of proposals and contracts
Maintain and administer current customer database through electronic filing
Generate all service contract proposals and agreements for new customers
Perform additional assignments, as needed
Requirements
Construction office experience highly preferred
Proficient with technology; must be experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and the Internet
Must be a self-starter, pay attention to detail and be organized
Two to four years of general business/administrative experience preferred
Local candidate preferred
