Job Description

Manage the on boarding process for all new hires and transfers within specific business lines.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates from interview stage through orientation.
Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and stakeholders; request and share feedback as needed.
Distribute on boarding paperwork, and initiate background checks for all new hires.
Facilitate resolution of on boarding issues for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Track onboarding progress for each new hire and establish working relationships with the various teams involved.
Identify inefficiencies in recruiting processes and develop methods of improvement.
Support the Head of Internal Mobility with planning strategic initiatives and events, including but not limited to Mobility Days Events and various networking initiatives.
Own quarterly controls for the recruitment team, working closely with HR Operational Risk to produce evidence when requested.
Work closely with Lisbon support team, to further utilize AboutMe platform to drive internal mobility.
Create and maintain recruiting metrics (Quarterly Dashboards and KPIs consisting of data around recruitment activity) and manage other adhoc reporting requests, as needed, on an ongoing basis.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professionalism in dealing with confidential information
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a recruitment coordinator at a large financial institution
Knowledge of the financial industry and corporate banking is a plus.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proven ability to complete ad-hoc projects with minimal guidance
Agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities and deliverables
