Qualifications:
- 3+ years professional experience as a Business Analyst working on Software products
- Well-developed oral, written and listening skills
- Strong with the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint)
- Proficient in Development/Requirement Management Tools (SQL, XML, TFS)
- Ability to document detailed functional requirements with an eye on usability and auditability
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a close attention to detail
- Experience with Web-based software applications
Preferred:
- Mortgage industry experience with emphasis on loan origination and fulfillment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or a related field
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Hybrid Agile software development methodology experience
- Experience with people management and training
