Job Description

3 years’ experience minimum

Oracle - back end (can construct a query)

Jasper Reports (Java tech) - tons of these to get done

Day to Day:

Taking queries that have been developed by their Developers and turning it into a Jasper report
Running on Jasper Report server
Different from past, stuff in the past – some version has been integrated to the app; now they are standalone (change since they brought Jahnavi on)
Work with queries in Oracle
All of the stuff they’ve done to date have been single queries, single report – if they worked in this environment in past this is a BIG PLUS
Don’t need much on the Java side – amount of integration is pretty minimal
Only other thing that’s changed since bringing on our last Jasper Dev – upgraded to the latest Oracle Version 19C – doesn’t need a bunch of experience with 19C since it’s new in the last couple of years
Being the 2nd Jasper Developer, they’ll need to do a little more coordination between themselves
