Job Description

Minimum 10+years’ experience in Data Architecture.
Mandatory Skills

Define the data architecture and migration path form structure and unstructured data on on-prem big data platforms to cloud
Architect the target big data architecture and data zones, file formats , data stores for cloud big data platforms with minimal impact to the structure.
Design partitions, clustered indexes, storage tiers etc.
Skills & Experience

Total 15+ years experience in Data Architecture and 5+ years experience in architecting and working on big data platforms, Hadoop ecosystem.
Experience in designing data platforms and working knowledge on big data technology ( Hadoop eco system tool like Hive, Spark, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume, Oozie, MapReduce) and developing / tuning the data processing ( spark, Talend) and support implementing data pipelines for ingestion and transformation.
Experience in architecting and designing Big Data Platforms, on-premises and on Cloud, Data Tiering etc.
Designing optimal data file formats for queries and data ingestion
Data Classification and Encryption / Masking
Interpersonal Skills

Well-developed analytical&problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team
Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite
Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch
Flexible to travel and relocate in India and Abroad
