Mandatory Technical Skills

Define the data architecture and migration path form relational structure the cloud target
Architect the target data architecture and data model for cloud target with minimal impact to the structure.
Design the target optimal physical model.
Design the physical model for the cloud database (partitions, clustered indexes, storage tiers etc.)
Analyze the impact of the new target datastore , model from ETL refactoring & performance , compute usage perspective
Define the data architecture and migration path form structure and unstructured data on on-prem big data platforms to cloud
Design partitions, clustered indexes, storage tiers etc.
Provide technical solution and leadership to projects
Interpersonal Skills

Well-developed analytical&problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team
Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite
