Job Description
ICS is immediately hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist who has strong Excel skills and experience reviewing contractual documentation. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for data entry and customer record setup, contract reviews and record maintenance.
What You'll Do:
Flexible, as this role and the company are in a constant state of change as we migrate to new systems and processing applications.
Analytical, research issues reported and resolve them in a timely manner.
Review data entered into software databases is complete and correct.
Proactively solve data discrepancies and correct problems.
Be able to take ownership of responsibilities related to the collection and maintenance of customer data.
Manages full account/customer set-up including onboarding, terminal activation, payment setup, changes and special projects.
Maintains electronics and paper filing systems for active and inactive records.
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma required.
3 to 5+ years' experience with data entry and records management.
Financial industry knowledge preferred, but not required.
Solid intermediate or advanced level in excel
Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and accurately
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, providing efficient productivity while simultaneously providing superior quality service.
