Welcome to the Next Generation of Internet Service, Our Client is a growing Internet Service Provider and they are lookng to hire an Field Operations Manager, for their up and coming West Coast operations. This position can sit between the Los Angeles and San Diego area. This is a position for someone that is looking for growth opportunity.

Field Operations Manager
Description of Job Duties

Run the day to day operations of Field Engineers, for residential as well as comercial clients
Create and maintain standards for site technology configurations
Create open lines of communication with all site IT staff
Directly manage multiple Regional Technology Coordinators
Ensure compliance with central IT initiatives and other applicable regulatory or non-regulatory requirements.
Create and execute on deployment strategies for central technologies that impact site operations.
Act as advocate for site technologists within the central IT team.
Works on production problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex technical requirements.
Assists in the configuration of servers and server-based middleware to support application development efforts.
Required Skills and Experience

Experience working with multiple enterprise technologies deployed across multiple physical locations.
Experience effectively influencing and directing work in a matrix managed environment.
Familiarity with application development technologies and processes.
Hands-on experience with networking and server-based technologies including Low Voltage, LANS/WANS, Cat6 cabiling, as well as Fiber Optic
Experience with Juniper, Route/Switching / Rukus and other Wireless access point equiptment
Experience managing remote staff.
Experience defining and executing on enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience using MS Project to create and maintain project schedules.
Must be extremely independent and able to self manage projects from requirements gathering through development and support
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and clearly communicate and resolve architecture issues to both technical and business communities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse population groups
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
