Leadership experience (Team Lead, not manager. Needs to be a hands-on tech lead)
Converting existing services/monoliths into microservices (Java 8, SpringBoot, Spring REST, AWS API Gateway)
Cloud Experience (AWS - EMR, SQS/SNS, Lambda, StepFunctions)
Nice to Have

Building CI/CD pipelines
Mongo DB / SnowFlake
Role Explanation

This role will be 90 % microservices and 10 % on data engineering side. This is a team lead role, so the resource needs to be a microservices guru. Java Microservices developer who has helped clients move from monoliths into microservices architecture on AWS platform. He/she needs to have solid architecture/design skills with microservices for example knowledge of:

breaking up Java monoliths into containerizable, 12factor Java microservices
microservices service mesh architectures
