Job Description

15+ years of experience in Data management (e.g. DW/BI) solutions.
Strong understanding of P&C insurance business and worked on data modernization project specially with AWS and Snowflake
Strong knowledge of Data architecture and data modernization
Must have done at least 2 projects on data modernization leveraging Aws and Snowflake
Working experience/exposure on Attunity Compose and Replica
Experience on developing the DWH solutions on Cloud (AWS) such as Snowflake, S3, Glue, Erwin, lambda architecture, API gateway etc.
Exposure on designing data models and Data Marts
Understands Insurance (P&C) data and data architecture
Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proven analytical skills
Problem-solving attitude
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively function in a cross teams environment
Exposure to PowerBI / Microstrategy / Informatica / MSBI
