Our client is looking to add 1-2 IT Field Tech’s to their Onsite Customer Support team. We are looking for IT Generalists who are passionate about solving problems, supporting users, providing consultative solution services and wearing multiple hats ( Architect, Support, Systems / Network / Desktop Engineering, PM / BA). We need a passionate tech agnostic resource with experience and/or exposure to: Windows, Macs, Linux, Unix, Adobe, MS, CRM, ERP, iOS, etc.



Once ramped up, will be supporting 1-4 clients depending on their size ( most customers are between 10-50 users, with the largest in to 100-250 range ).

Provide onsite and remote support for desktops and servers of all flavors, networking, routing, firewalls and remote VPNs
Understand and deploy Open Directory and Active Directory environment
Deep knowledge of email systems and troubleshooting Exchange, Google, Apps, Kerio and other mail platform
Flexibility in scheduling to support 24/7 operation
Certs are highly desired: Apple, Microsoft Technical Certifications, CompTIA Network +
Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as common software packages that our clients use Adobe Creative Suite, font management, digital asset management, Microsoft Office products and more
Mobile Device Management of iOS and Android devices
