Job Description

Our direct, reputable and growing client is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to provide internal and remote customers with support with all Service Desk request and incidents. This position acts as the key contact for internal and remote customers for workstation, application, and production issues and requests.



Ideally looking for experience with both Mac and PC support.



Responsibilities:

May set up, install, and support workstations at multiple corporate locations
Assist with hardware and desktop software (telephones, servers, desktops, laptops, networking, etc.) issues and installations as required:

Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating system deployment, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Mobile devices such as iOS and Android (tablets & phones) installation, management, and troubleshooting
Office 365
Windows 10
Perform software administration tasks as needed. Microsoft file sharing and permissions
Microsoft Active Directory user account management, provisioning
Test software updates and provide feedback
Install and update of applications operating on desktops and servers
Basic IP networks and troubleshooting client connectivity
Understanding of Microsoft Remote Desktop environments, troubleshooting and management
Cisco IP Phones installation, management, and troubleshooting
CompTia Network + is nice to have
