The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable work history of increasing responsibility in managing projects, preferably in a technology field. Ability to work in a matrixed organization is a must.

Skills:

5-8 years of experience.

Strong PM skills; someone who can jump in and project manage three projects with partners simultaneously. We need someone who can listen in to a meeting and capture action items (even if they don’t know the material), follow up on them, track progress, nudge people to get their items done, run some weekly and monthly reporting, and is comfortable using excel pivot tables.

Be able to move seamlessly from requirements definition to team coordination and execution to deploy those requirements.

Be able to iterate to solutions quickly and deploy them as quickly.

Be a self-starter capable of creating, agreeing, and working against a documented plan.

Communicate proactively and transparently in order to deliver accurately and with speed.

Demonstrated experience with managing multiple simultaneous projects, projects related to fintech a strong plus.
