Job Description

8 – 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
Hand-on experience in Load Runner/PC is a MUST. Experience with other open source tools like Jmeter, Gatling etc is a plus
Hand-on experience in shift left Agile testing.
Hands on experience in Cloud technologies is must like AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
Experience on Airline domain would be an advantage
Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
Hands-on experience in using monitoring tools like APP dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
Experience with micro service architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Jira and confluence is must
Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
Experience in Mobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit
Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performance
Hands-on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language (Java,Python C++ etc.) would be an added benefit
Expertise in Performance Test Management and Estimations.
Experience with SQL and application performance tools.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required
