OMS end to end hands-on implementation experience;
Experience in implementing key features like payment and settlement, repricing, pipeline configuration, Sourcing, inventory , master data etc.;
Experience in working with OMS COC and IBM IV would be ideal;
Implementation experience in IBM Call center and Store engagement app;
Cognos reporting(Data model); 6. Retail domain knowledge with implementation experience of BOPIS /SFS/Same day delivery/Curbside functionalities;
A leader with good communication skill who can drive a meeting with both business and technical teams;
Good decision making skills;
Experience in integrating with OMS upstream and downstream applications;
A good team player, who can represent Ulta and work with other vendor teams to ensure a quality deliverables.;
Someone who understand and experience working with GIT, branching strategy and release management;
Experience in supporting and coordinating performance testing; Mandatory skills: [JK-->] IBM Sterling OMS
