Continually identifies, evaluates, and provides recommendations based on trends, competitive analysis, best practices that will enhance recruitment outcomes.Assesses all candidates via phone or in-person prior to presenting applications/resumes to hiring managers for consideration.Extensive experience in Direct sourcing and in full-time hiring.Sourcing/recruiting experience for passive candidatesExpertise in sourcing using various Job PortalsExcellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirementsExtraction of suitable candidates depending on the requirement from various channels of sourcesClosures, ability to develop new strategies of recruitment, etc.Track daily status reports on conversions & closuresSkills:Experience using an ATS system to track candidatesShould have capability to create Job Descriptions based on requirementsKnowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruiting spaceAbility to multi-task within a fast-paced environmentAction-oriented and results-driven individualSelf-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches and projects and handle high volume of requirementsAbility to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
