Job Description

· Production support for clearing applications and automated processes.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or internal applications.

· Complete project work and enhancement requests related to automation of processes.

· Test and deploy code changes and other upgrades to the production environment.

· Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.

· Work with IT management to continually improve team processes, systems, and procedures.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.

· Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and staff.

· Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous issues at one time.

· Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.

· Desire to continually expand knowledge and understanding of changing systems.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Interest in financial/clearing industry.

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Experience with SQL procedures and troubleshooting.

· Programming experience (Python/Java preferred).

· Experience with system monitoring tools a plus.

· Familiarity with ITIL standards and processes a plus.

· Experience with one or more of DB2, C#, Docker, JIRA, Service Now, Bitbucket, Bamboo a plus.
