Works closely with business units and engineering team to develop short and long term data strategyDesigns data integrations that support legacy (on-prem) and Cloud solutionsCollaborates with business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.Communicates findings, solutions, and insights with non-technical stakeholders in a simple, precise, and clear manner.Strategizes and executes data engineering roadmap towards Cloud migration (Azure)Manages legacy MSBI stack, performing maintenance and critical updates.Plan, create, and manage Sprints ( have a good understanding of Agile methodologies)Mentor and coach junior team members and help them solve technical challenges.Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.Qualifications:7 – 9 years of data technology experience of building data platforms and executing data projects using Microsoft BI and Azure technologies.Solid understanding of database design concepts.Proficient in writing queries in T SQL and stored proceduresStrong experience of storytelling and user-friendly dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools.Experience in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics (workspace), Synapse SQL Warehouse (Formerly known as Azure SQL DW), Azure Data Lake and Azure blob storage.In depth understanding and hands-on skills of tabular models using Azure Analysis Services.Strong project management and organizational skills.Proven hands-on experience in MSBI full stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, T SQL)BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical fieldKey Skills: Azure, Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS
