Experience in DevOps/SAFe agile methodology.
Proven Solid Experience in Prod Support on Digital APIs landscape.
Coordination and stakeholder management across multi vendors dev/test/infra team
Experience in requirement engineering and automation processes
Telecom domain skills-CRM & Order management, Billing process, Financial reporting process.
Responsible for Project planning & coordination
Manage 20+ support team members
Responsible tracking KPIs and reporting the SLAs and manage project risks
Manage reports using JIRA, JIRA Align and qTest
Participate in Business discussions and provide technical feasibility and clarity
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to set up solution expectation in a timely and transparent fashion
Provide guidance and support to enable the PCF – Cloud environment for components like Springboot MicroServices
Estimate the infrastructure resources, and effort for technical deliverables; along with essential development resources
Support Change and Release Management activities.
Provide Lifeline/WAR room supports to Production/NON-Production issues with excellent problem solving skills
Implement HCLT's Propriety Tools and processes to improve performance, save cost, time and effort.
