On-site and in-office desktop and engineering support.Install, support, and maintain end-user systems for clientEnsure client environment is operational and available on a 24/7 basis in coordination with a remote team.Provide support and troubleshoot customer desktop issues.Document client systems, configurations, and operational instructions.Work closely with ATSG remote Infrastructure Management Team and Service Delivery Manager to resolve locally escalated tickets.Develop an understanding of client environment to facilitate support/ensure reliabilityIdentify areas of improvementWork with ATSG engineering team during new initiatives and projectsQualifications:A minimum of 3 years of related experience.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or the equivalent in training and experienceMust be able to support and manage a Microsoft Office 365 Solution and related peripheral applications, including Active Directory and Exchange ServerWindows 10 Experience a mustMac workstation support experience a mustWindows 2012/2016 experience is a mustDesktop Support experience is required.Experience with Exchange OnlineAnti-Virus and Anti-Spam product knowledgeBackup and data protection product knowledgeBroad exposure to Microsoft Server products preferredSome Cisco Network knowledge and configuration experienceSharePoint Configuration and Administration – Nice to have (big plus) but not mandatoryKnowledge in LAN’s, WAN’s, and basic network securityWireless LAN experience is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam player, flexible and a collaborative personality, and ability to work independentlyGood project and time management skillsAbility to interact effectively and professionally w/Executives and support personnel alikeStrong Customer Service skills with a passion for client satisfaction an absolute must
