Job Description

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, etc.); Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 8 years' experience in software development including 3 + years utilizing AZURE, and minimum one year utilizing Azure Government
Thorough knowledge of current software design and development methodologies, processes, best industry practices, and techniques
Understanding of Department of Defense Information Assurance directives (RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC). Experience in RMF or FedRAMP-certified software development highly desirable
Work with analysts and product owners to deliver products in an Agile, DevOps, and collaborative environment
At least 3 years of management experience
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to make decisions on how to accomplish features, functions, and new capabilities
Ability to set and manage technology platform priorities judiciously
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including in formal presentation
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office
