Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.
Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC & ECP, ECC Time, ECC Travel, and ECC FI.
Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC & ECP with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents

Public sector experience.
Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
