Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)· 6+ years as a software engineer and/or architect including experience leading development teams· Extensive hands-on experience developing cross-platform apps using Xamarin and Azure· Advanced knowledge of MVVM, C#, and mobile best practices· Experience with service-oriented architectures & developing and consuming RESTful web services· Proficient with relational database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle· Working knowledge of NoSQL databases· Knowledgeable of Authorization and Authentication best practices· Proven ability to apply modern software design patterns· Experienced within the full software development lifecycle in an agile working environment· Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and configuration· Proven experience writing high quality object-oriented code· Proven team leadership abilities· Proficient in the art of Git source control or similar· Worked with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, or similar· Superb written and oral communication skills· Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills· Ability to effectively work both autonomously as well as on a team· Expertise in navigating the complex relationship that is partnering with a client to ensure they meet their goals as a consultantArchitecting and building cross-platform Xamarin applications· Prototyping potential solutions· Integrating disparate systems· Leading code review activities· Lead CI/CD efforts using applicable industry best practices· Ensure application stability with appropriate levels of unit testing and integration testing· Implementing bug fixes.· Coaching and mentoring fellow team members· Leading application development efforts· Taking ownership of an application and necessary backend API’s, data stores, and systems· Planning and executing technical application details· Keeping up with Xamarin best practices and patterns· Keeping up with Azure best practices and patterns
