Job Description
At least three (3) years within the last six (6) years of FTE experience developing detailed test plans and reviewing and approving test scenarios and test cases on at least two (2) completed Salesforce SC&HC implementations.
Components shall include, but are not limited to, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, record types and page layouts, building reports, testing REST/Soap-based application programming interfaces (APIs), lookup/master-detail relationships, validation rules, workflow rules, time-based workflow rules/process builder flows, lead and case assignment rules, and role hierarchy.
Possess the following current certification: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
