Job Description

4+ years of progressive QA/testing experience in IT or software development focus on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope
Understanding of QA/testing principals and policies
Experience in automation, creating scripts, execution and troubleshooting using Selenium, QTP or other front-end automation tools
Experience in performance test script creation, execution and troubleshooting using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, LoadUI, etc.
Ability to influence others within and outside of job function, and may communicate with external stakeholders
Provides guidance and assistance to lower level and/or support professionals
Ability to apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex testing challenges

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
